Allah (swt) says in a hadith Qudsi:
أنا الرحمن خلقت الرحم وشققت لها اسما من اسمي
“I am The Most Merciful (al-Rahman); I created the womb (al-rahm) and derived its name from Mine.”

i thought the hadith is talking about رحم (rahim) which means kinship, not a womb. there is another similar hadith which says “Allah says; I am Al-Rahman (the most merciful) and I have created kinship (that is rahim) and given it a name which is derived from my name. He who fosters it I will bless, and he who severs it I will sever.” (reported in sahih bukhari)
it means both..
